Fill a Bag
The aim of Bag of Hope Project is to inspire generosity that spreads hope, and the act of filling a bag is the best way to make this happen. Whether done by an individual, family, group or organization, the simple act of purchasing and packaging gifts for a child's Christmas makes a lasting, meaningful impression on everyone involved.
How it Works
- Fill out the Contact Form below, and our volunteers will send you the name and age of your sponsored child.
- Go shopping, using the BHP Shopping List (click to view) as a guide for the kinds of items these children need.
- Turn the filled bag into the Anaheim Downtown Community Center the first Sunday in December. You can also schedule a drop-off appointment by emailing the BHP team.

Once you're done shopping
Bring the filled BHP Duffle Bag to the Downtown Community Center located at 250 E Center Street in Anaheim. Drop-off hours are 9:30-11:30am on the first Sunday in December. Other times are by appointment.
Consider spreading the word about BHP through social media!
Note: Be sure all purchased items are new and of a "Christmas morning" quality, and that they make it into the bag prior to drop-off. Your thoughtfulness in purchasing/packaging allows our BHP Work Center volunteers to process and distribute bags as efficiently as possible.
